Task

? Determine taxes and property values, using methods such as field checks, structural measurements, calculation, sales analysis, study of market trends, and income and load analysis ? Check property, consider factors such as market value, location, and building or reimbursement of costs to determine appraisal value ? Explain the interpretation of values to property owners and maintain judgments that arise during public hearings ? Prepare and maintain current data on each assessed package, including boundary maps, land inventories and structures, property characteristics, and any applicable exemptions ? Establish a uniform and uniform system to assess all classes and types of property
