Plan, direct, or coordinate one or more organizational administrative services, such as record and information management, letter distribution, planning and maintenance facilities, custodian operations, and other office support services ? Direct or coordinate business support services agencies, institutions, or organizations ? Prepare and review reports and operational schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency ? Set goals and deadlines for the department ? Obtain, distribute and store inventory ? Analyze internal processes, and suggest and implement changes to procedures or policies to improve operations, such as changes in supply or disposal of records
