What is Mining Engineering?
The Mining Engineering study program is a branch of engineering that focuses on the science of exploration and exploitation of mineral / mineral resources such as gold, silver, aluminum, iron, as well as coal. In the Mining Engineering study program we will study the mining process which consists of activities of general investigation (prospecting), exploration of mining, processing of mining materials (exploitation), transportation, up to marketing of mining products. Similar to the "allied" study program, Petroleum Engineering, this study program is a study program that is very much in demand. He said, the graduates of this study program have a lot of money, you know!
Why did you choose this programme?
This earth holds abundant natural wealth. It's just how humans use natural resources as best they can. There are many minerals and precious metals that nest in the bowels of Malaysia. Since there are still many foreign-controlled mining activities in the world, the opportunity to join the foreign mining industry is also wide open. That's why many of the experts working in this industry work abroad with fantastic salaries. No wonder why many are interested in entering this study program, right?

Job Prospect for Mining Engineering
Mining Engineering graduates can later work in various mining companies, become academics, join government agencies such as the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and so on. Psst, a Mining Engineering graduate does not only have to go down the field and visit mining areas that have a high risk of accidents. They can also work as mining surveyors, analysts, and even consultants.
