Applying to HKU relies on a highly structured, direct admissions portal and early deadlines.
- The Application Portal: International students must apply directly through the HKU International / Non-JUPAS Admissions Scheme online portal.
- The Application Timeline: The main application window typically opens in late September and the crucial ""Main Round"" deadline closes in mid-November. While they accept rolling/late applications after this date, applying during the Main Round is highly recommended for securing spots in competitive courses and being considered for entrance scholarships.
