Kolej Teknologi Termaju Jabatan Tenaga Manusia (ADTEC JTM) Kampus Selandar is one of the Training Institutions under the Department of Human Resources (JTM), Ministry of Human Resources (KSM) founded on May 14, 2004 and was built under the 8th Malaysia Plan (RMK 8) on 50 acres of land in Selandar District, Jasin District, Malacca with a capacity of 600 students and is staffed by 76 staff.
The ILP Selandar is built to meet the country's aspiration to achieve Vision 2020 and make Malaysia a prosperous nation by 2020. At the same time, ILP Selandar focuses on skills training in two areas of Information and Mechanical Technology. The courses offered are Computer Technology (System), Software Technology (Programming) and Mechanical CADD (Oil & Gas).

Syarat kemasukan di sini sedikit unik kerana adanya aliran Tahfiz.
Syarat Umum (Senarai ke Bawah):
- Warganegara Malaysia.
- Berumur 16 tahun hingga 35 tahun.
- Lulus SPM atau setaraf (Boleh membaca, menulis dan mengira - 3M).
- Sihat tubuh badan (Tiada kecacatan yang menghalang kerja amali).
