About Institut Latihan Perindustrian Bukit Kota Bharu
The Kota Bharu Industrial Training Institute, Kelantan (ILPKB) is one of the 26 Department of Human Resource Training Institutions (ILJTM) run by the Department of Human Resources, Ministry of Human Resources.
ILJTM is set up to meet the needs of skilled and semi-skilled workforce by providing vocational training in technologically advanced areas in line with technology development needs in the manufacturing sector.
The institute started operations on 16th June 1989 and the first recruitment on 1st August 1989 was 80 people to train in various fields of expertise.
