Institut Sinaran

Institut Sinaran is a private institute of higher education located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia founded in 1987 to provide affordable, internationally recognized pre-university qualifications locally. Previously when it started, it was known as Sabah Tshung Tsin Pre-University Centre.

The institute is owned by the Kota Kinabalu Hakka Association, a Community-based Association serving the local community with the provision of Private Secondary School and Tertiary Education where infrastructure are funded through individual donors,  Alumni contributions and state ministries allocations.
