About Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Ilmu Khas
The Malaysian Institute of Teacher Education (IPGM) is an educational institution that trains prospective primary school teachers. Currently, the IPGM operates 27 campuses or more commonly known as the Institute of Teacher Education (IPG). The IPGM offers six major programs at the IPG, namely the Bachelor of Teaching Degree Program (PPISMP), the Bachelor of Teaching with Honors (PISMP) Program, the Post-Diploma of Teaching (DPLI), the Malaysian Teaching Diploma (DPM), the Post-Diploma of Post-Diploma ( DPLD) and In-service Training (LDP).
Based on the program, IPGM offers two types of learning modes, full-time and part-time modes. Subsequently, the IPGM has a number of student groups made up of sponsors from the Ministry of Education Malaysia, sponsored by the External Agencies of the Ministry of Education and sponsored by the State Government. As such, the teachers at IPG will be placed in various schools throughout the country upon graduation.
This campus is specialized for special needs and offers special education for hearing and visually impaired primary students. It also offers Physical education, Music education, remedial education, visual arts, English language, science for primary level and also preschool education.

Syarat Kemasukan
Syarat kemasukan ke Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Ilmu Khas (IPGKIK) secara amnya tertakluk kepada kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) melalui program Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perguruan (PISMP).
Syarat Kelayakan Asas
- Warganegara: Malaysia sahaja.
- Umur: Tidak melebihi 20 tahun.
