Institut Latihan Perindustrian Jitra

The Jitra Industrial Training Institute (ILPJ), established under the Department of Human Resources, aims to provide formal skills training opportunities to industrial sector workers and school leavers to enable them to gain skills in certain fields.

ILP Jitra, located in Darulaman Town in Kubang Pasu district, is about 20 kilometers from Alor Setar. The campus was officially opened by the KDYMM Tuanku Sultan of Kedah on May 7, 1992.
