About Kolej Komuniti Ampang
The Ampang Community Building was purchased in 2009 but renovations and repairs were made during that time. As such, Ampang Community College has been operating on a temporary campus, on the premises of Kuala Langat Community College, beginning July 2, 2013.
The college began operating in its own building located in Bukit Indah City Center, Ampang, Selangor on August 2, 2015. There are two programs diploma and one certificate program offered here: Diploma in Telecommunications Technology, Diploma in Mobile Technology and Certificate in Telecommunications Technology.
The establishment of Ampang Community College is aimed at meeting the social and human needs in line with government policy to produce more skilled workers. As for the local community, the college is responsible for exposing them to the short courses offered. Community College Graduates have the opportunity to fill industry needs in the areas of relevant skills or open their own businesses.
