About Institut Latihan Perindustrian Kota Samarahan
The Samarahan Industrial Training Institute (ILPKS) was established by the Human Resources Department under the Ministry of Human Resources in 1999, aimed at meeting the needs of Malaysian skilled labor by providing intermediate vocational training with specialization in high-tech fields and in line with the needs of technology development in the manufacturing sector.
The institute started operations in February 2001 and offers eight major courses. With an area of 40.7 acres, it is expected to accommodate about 720 trainees each year.
