About Politeknik Sandakan Sabah
The early history of the establishment of the Sandakan Polytechnic Sabah (PSS) was conducted by the "Caretaker" PSS at the beginning of its operation, MrDullah bin Muluk.
The initial operation of the polytechnic was housed at the Kota Kinabalu Polytechnic campus from 2008 to mid-2009, before the office operations moved to the Campus Building while the Sabah Sandakan Polytechnic in Labuk Jaya, Batu 7 Sandakan. Among the lecturers and early staff involved in the start of the Sandakan Polytechnic (PSS) operation began in Kota Kinabalu
The first student recruitment opened in July 2009 at a temporary campus in Labuk Jaya, Sandakan. A total of 16 first-year students are enrolled in the first semester of the Tourism Management Diploma Program

Syarat Kemasukan
Syarat umum dan khas kemasukan ke Program Diploma bagi lepasan SPM:
- Warganegara Malaysia.
- Lulus SPM atau setaraf.
- Lulus Bahasa Melayu.
- Lulus Sejarah.
Syarat Khas Jurusan Agroteknologi / Akuakultur:
- Mendapat TIGA (3) Kepujian dalam mana-mana mata pelajaran.
