Kolej Komuniti Tasek Gelugor

Tasek Gelugor Community College (KKTG) is an educational institution under the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE). KKNT is set up to provide special education and training opportunities for postgraduate students of Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM). Initially, KKTG offers full-time courses namely Certificate of Pastry courses.

In 2010, the National Modular Certificate was introduced to replace the full-time course in which the modular certificate provides students with the opportunity to pursue higher education and the equivalent of other institutions of study. In addition, the Tasek Gelugor Community College also offers 1Malaysia Training courses to the general public. It was the inspiration of the Prime Minister, Dato 'Seri Mohd Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak in presenting the 2011 Budget to help improve the well-being of the local community through the 1Malaysia Exercise.

The college will also expand and diversify its Short Term Course Offerings to attract more local people to take part in lifelong learning. Indeed, local people should not miss the opportunity to increase and increase their knowledge to improve their standard of living and to improve their economic status.
