Task

? Supervise the design of various landscape projects, such as the layout of parks, gardens, sports venues (for example, golf courses), pedestrian sites, and so on ? Confer with clients, engineering personnel, or architects when working on a landscape project ? Prepare land planning specifications and estimate costs for land development ? Study certain conditions before working on a project, such as land location, land contour, ecology, drainage, or building location ? Assess the potential of a site to meet client specifications ? Conduct an environmental impact assessment ? Seek and consider the views of local residents, potential consumers, and other parties who have an interest in the project he is working on ? Prepare and present detailed work plans and drawings accurately, including applications, construction details and specifications for the project, using CAD programs or similar software ? Develop material, proposals, or marketing presentations to find new job opportunities ? Inspect the landscape project he is working on, to ensure that the specifications are appropriate, evaluate the quality of materials or work, or provide advice to clients or construction personnel ? Visit the project site ? Ensure deadlines are met ? Cooperate with other experts (for example, architects, technicians, etc) when working on a project ? Supervise and inspect work at the project site
