What is Treasurer and Financial Controller?

The Treasurer and Controller are responsible for controlling and overseeing the company's finances, but they have different roles.?The controller usually concentrates on what has happened in a company. They prepare financial statements and other reports, based on past activities. Treasurer focuses on outside the company and interacts with bankers, shareholders and potential investors who provide capital. But both treasurers and controllers alike direct financial activities, such as planning, obtaining, and investing in a company.

Task

? Supervise employees who work on financial reports, accounting, bills, payroll and budget ? Regulate and direct financial planning, budgeting, acquisition and financial investment of all or part of the company ? Develop control rules, internal guidelines and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and debt management, and accounting ? Having the latest knowledge about regulations, calls from the state, current accounting standards ? Preparing or directing preparations for making financial statements, reporting business activities, predicting financial position, annual budget, and various reports needed by the authorized institution
