Task

? Plan, direct, and coordinate the operation of transportation in an organization or activity of an organization that provides transportation services ? Coordinate activities related to the departure and detection of transportation vehicles such as aircraft, cars and trains ? Monitor operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, safety rules, trade union regulations, environmental regulations and government regulations ? Acting as a "contact person" of all workers allocated in certain work areas ? Implement schedule changes and regulations related to transportation services or systems

Knowledge

Public Safety and Security

Knowledge of relevant tools, policies, procedures and strategies to support effective raid / patrol operations for local, provincial and national security, and protect people, data, property and institutions.

Customer and Personal Services

Knowledge of principles and processes to provide services for customers and personal. This includes assessing customer needs, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

Administration and Management

Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination between people and resources.

Personnel and Human Resources
