What is Russian Literature?

The Russian Literature Study Program is part of the Faculty of Cultural Sciences (FIB). This study program invites students to be skilled, communicative, and Russian-speaking professionals according to the standard understanding of Russian language and culture for foreigners. Through these Russian language skills students are also educated to have insight in Russian literature and culture.

Why did you choose this programme?

Have you ever read epic stories by Leo Tolstoy, Anton Chekov, or Fyodor Dostoevsky? They are Russian writers whose work has become global. If you like Russian literary works, you can choose this course. In addition, in this study program you will also be required to have the ability to read and analyze literature.
