? Check product quality and identify damaged or expired items ? Combine the ingredients measured in a bowl mixing, stirring, or other cooking tools Place the mixture in a pan Then, set the oven temperature and bake it ? Set the time and control the speed for mixing machines, stirring machines, or steam kettles so that the ingredients are processed according to instructions ? Order the required bread making ingredients and record inventory ? Develop new recipes ? Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
