What is Plant Operators and Systems?

Control and operate all machine processes and systems. They also supervised the personnel running the machine. The aim was to improve the quality, efficiency and security of the system.

Task

? Monitor recording instruments, flow meters, panel lights, or other indicators, and listen to warning signals to ensure compliance with process conditions ? Arrange or turn off equipment during emergency situations such as those directed by supervisors ? Control and operate processes or systems from machines, using panel boards, control boards, or semi-automatic equipment ? Move control settings to make necessary adjustments to equipment units that affect the speed, quality, or results of output ? Check operating units, such as central towers, soap-spray storage tanks, cleaners, collectors, or dryers to ensure all equipment is functioning and to maintain maximum efficiency

Knowledge of relevant tools, policies, procedures and strategies to support effective raid / patrol operations for local, provincial and national security, and protect people, data, property and institutions.

English

Knowledge of the structure and content of English, including the meaning and spelling of each word, composition rules, and grammar.

Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques to maximize the effectiveness of manufacturing and distribution of goods.
