What is Forestry?

Forestry Science learns everything about forests ranging from forest ecology, plant physiology, animals, soil science, to the processing and management of forest products themselves. But not only how to produce and obtain forest products, forestry science also includes the preservation of forests through rehabilitation and protection of forests that are closely related to various environmental problems. Forestry is the parent of the branch of the study program on Forest Resources Conservation and Ecotourism, Forest Product Technology, Forest Management, and Forest Management, which are included in the Faculty of Forestry. However, in some universities, Forestry is also included in the Faculty of Agriculture section.

Why did you choose this programme?
