Task

? Ensure the suitability of the company with related laws, including reporting requirements ? Check job positions, determine classifications and wages ? Plan, develop, examine, improve, and convey methods and techniques for selecting, promoting, compensating, assessing and training employees ? Prepare job classifications, job descriptions and salary scales ? Providing advice on classifying completion and complaints about wages ? Provide input to managers and employees about government regulations on labor, allowance and compensation policies and regulations related to employees within the company ? Prepare job analysis and evaluation reports and compensation ? Observing, interviewing, and surveying employees and conducting group discussions, to gather information about jobs, organizations and professions ? Prepare and maintain company personnel records

Knowledge

Mathematics

Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.

Customer and Personal Services

Knowledge of principles and processes to provide services for customers and personal. This includes assessing customer needs, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

Administration and Management

Knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination between people and resources.

Law and Governance

Knowledge of laws, legal rules, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, institutional rules, and democratic political processes.

Economics and Accounting
