Task

? Design and implement training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance ? Continuously analyze training and development needs in a company / organization ? Assess the training needs of a company / organization, through surveys, interviews with employees, focused discussion groups, and consultation with managers, trainers, or customer representatives ? Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees or customers ? Offers special training programs to help employees improve work skills ? Deliver training information using a variety of techniques or instruction formats such as role playing, simulations, team training, group discussions, videos, or lectures ? Develop various materials and guidelines on training procedures, for example in the form of leaflets or papers

Knowledge

Education and Training

Knowledge of principles and methods in designing curriculum, training, teaching, and instruction for individuals and groups, as well as measuring the effects of training.

Psychology

Knowledge of human performance and behavior; differences in individual abilities, personalities and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.

Customer and Personal Services
