Task

? Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food preparation and service, and building maintenance for lodging and dining facilities ? Monitor the process of food preparation, portion size, and serving food to ensure that food is prepared and served in a manner consistent with manners ? Calculate business finances and make bank deposits ? Investigate and resolve problems or complaints regarding the quality of food, service or accommodation ? Coordinate the duties of cooking personnel to ensure effective, efficient and timely preparation

Customer and Personal Services

Knowledge of principles and processes to provide services for customers and personal. This includes assessing customer needs, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

Administration and Management
