What is Quality Control Analyst?

Conduct testing to determine the quality of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. Quality control analysts can also test sample stability.

Task

? Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or process stability samples ? Read and understand the test results, then compare them with the specified specifications and control limits ? Make recommendations about the suitability of the data (test results with specifications) to be released ? Perform visual inspection of finished products ? Combine laboratory test data, and perform appropriate analysis ? Complete the documentation needed to support the testing procedure, including logbook form tools or inventory forms

Mathematics

Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.

Computers and Electronics

Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.

English

Knowledge of the structure and content of English, including the meaning and spelling of each word, composition rules, and grammar.

Biology

Knowledge of plant and animal organisms, their tissues, cells, function, interdependence, and their interactions with the environment and each other.

Chemistry

Knowledge of the composition, structure and chemical properties of substances and chemical processes and transformations that occur. Includes the use of chemicals and their interactions, alarms, production techniques and disposal methods
