What is Creative Executive?

Creative executive in advertising and marketing, publication company, media, or website. Her/his main responsibilities are planning advertising / works, and guiding the creative team (copywriters, graphic designers, photographers, etc.), from beginning to end, including supervising their creative process.

Task

? Playing an active role in creative staff recruitment and training ? Oversee proposals from clients ? Meet with clients or management to explain the campaign and the solution of problems faced ?
