What is Counselling Guidance Education?

In this study program you will study education, relate to ways of learning, understanding education, and understanding of students. Educational science is used as a basis for providing guidance for the world of education. Besides that the material that is definitely obtained is Psychology, because Counseling Guidance is a branch of psychology. Psychology acquired includes understanding personality, human behavior science, psychological theory, etc. We often recognize the role of CG in schools, which is to provide psychological guidance and direction to students. Cases such as juvenile delinquency, brawls, drug abuse, and all these negative things need to be handled by a counselor. In addition to overcoming negative problems, Counselors also play a role in guiding students in directing their interests and talents to be positive. To solve this problem usually counselors provide psychological tests. Counseling guidance in high school can be a counselor for students to choose their lectures. Not only in the world of education, counseling guidance is also needed in the community. Counselors have a big role in giving direction to people who act negatively, providing counseling in the field of mental health, education for street children, and addressing social cases.

In addition they also needed as Labor Counsellor at the Rehabilitation Center, correctional institutions, Association of Family Planning Malaysia, Consultant Human Resources Development Advisory Board Development Preservation of Marriage, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Counsellors and Consultants Education in Institutions Tutoring. Graduates from this department can also open their own practice as counselling for the general public. But to get a license to do a psychological test you must have a degree.
