Task

? Resolve disputes between workers and company management ? Negotiate a mutually agreed offer agreement ? Coordinate complaints procedures to handle labor related complaints ? Check whether the company or labor adheres to labor agreements ? Explain the position of the company or labor during the arbitration or negotiation process ? Writing letters or documents relating to labor relations activities, such as letters to change work contracts, disputes or peace letters, or letters to get clarity of employment contracts ? Make a proposal framework or objection to the negotiation process ? Contact or meet with unions, companies, governments, or other interested parties, to discuss labor affairs, such as contract negotiations or complaints ? Translating contract agreements for employees and superiors involved in negotiations or other labor processes ? Investigate and evaluate union complaints ? Recommend objectives and strategies for terms of employment
