What is Social Media Executive?

Task

? Manage marketing strategies and customer interaction through social media, such as; Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LINE, Linkedin, SnapChat, Instagram, SlideShare etc ? Designa communication strategy through social media and monitors all communication activities and conversations that took place all activities of conversation in social media platforms related ? Communicate professionally and interact directly with customers through various social media platforms ? Designcreative ideas for campaigns on social media with the aim of expanding the range of interaction or conversation to build brand awareness ? Conduct a competitive analysis study competing firms, including social media analyze the performance of other companies

Communication and Media

Knowledge of media production, communication, and techniques and methods of dissemination. Includes alternative ways to inform and entertain through writing, verbal, and visual media.
